Little Leaders Learning and Literacy Academy is currently seeking first and second shift teachers who are nurturing, have a compassion for education, and ready to implement learning strategies aligned to growth and development.
Job Requirements:
• Introduction to the Child Care Profession and Skills & Strategies for the Child Care Professional (or equivalent or willingness to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid, Shaken Baby, SIDS training (upon employment)
• Infant/Toddler Certification (or willing to complete within 6 months)
• Level 7 or higher on the Registry (or qualifies for level 7)
• Energetic, caring, and nurturing
• Team player and dependable
• Able to create lesson plans tailored to child growth
• Able to communicate effectively with children and parents
• Knowledgeable of Wisconsin State Childcare Licensing Rules
